The UCI Health Advanced Practice Providers Program’s Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Awards recognizes members of UCI Health for outstanding achievements and contributions to healthcare by demonstrating leadership in patient-centered care, research, and “top of the license practice.”
The (APP) Awards will recognize three individuals in the following groups:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- PA (formerly physician assistant)
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Please note that this nomination survey will close on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
Awards will be announced sometime in 2022.
